In order to assure optimum pressure drop across the splitter, please specify the actual prep input flow range, the split flow range and the desired makeup-flow rate under Custom Specification field.  Please contact with us for ordering information. 

This product is not returnable since it's a custom Prep Inlet Flow Range and Split Flow Range.

Note:

To check if the low flow capillary resistor is clogged, you can disconnect the capillary resistor from the make up inlet tee, run the splitter at approximately 1,000 PSI, and look for flow out of loose end of capillary.  You will need to give it some time to accumulate.  If the low flow capillary resistor is clogged, you will need to order Adjustable Makeup-Flow Splitter, Low Flow Capillary Resistor, ASI P/N: 690-POCR https://www.hplc-asi.com/adjustable-makeup-flow-splitter-low-flow-capillary-resistor/.
