Ultra high pressure mixers are sold as complete assemblies only.

Delay volume specified below was calculated based on an ASI engineering drawing. The delay volume can be verified by injecting a sample at a known flow rate, then measuring the time this sample first appears at the exit of the mixer.

Back pressure varies directly with flow rate. For example, if the back pressure is 2 PSI at 1 mL/min., it will be .2 PSI at 100 µL/min. At flow rate less than 100 µL/min., the back pressure is negligible. 

Note: Since we warranty the pressure rating of 18,000 PSI on the factory tested mixer assembly (housing and cartridge), UHPLC Static Mixers are only sold as complete assemblies. 

High Pressure and also High Temperature rating above 40°C is available.
